Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, recordings, meditations, or other digital content once access has been granted.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to purchasing, we encourage you to contact us for clarification.

Live Programs

Refund requests for live programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Participants may request a partial refund within 24 hours following the first live class if they determine that the program is not aligned with their needs or expectations. Any approved refund will be issued minus the value of materials, recordings, bonuses, administrative costs, and any non-refundable processing fees already incurred.

Requests submitted after this 24-hour period are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually at our discretion.

If a payment plan is in place, participants remain responsible for any agreed-upon payment obligations unless otherwise approved in writing.

Energy Healing Sessions

Energy healing sessions provided through Deep Root Connections practitioners, including human, animal, and land healing sessions, are offered by individual DRC practitioners who manage their own schedules, services, and refund policies.

Because practitioners may have different policies, please review the refund and cancellation policy provided by your practitioner before booking your session.

If you have concerns about your session or feel that a refund is warranted, please contact the practitioner you booked with directly. Refund requests for practitioner sessions will be handled according to that practitioner’s individual refund policy and are not automatically subject to DRC’s general refund policy.

Deep Root Connections does not guarantee or independently issue refunds for sessions provided by individual practitioners. Each practitioner is responsible for determining whether a refund, partial refund, rescheduling, or other resolution is appropriate in accordance with their stated policy.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, live program, or session materials, please contact us or your practitioner, as appropriate, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

By completing your purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy and, where applicable, the individual practitioner’s stated refund and cancellation policy.
