Each week builds upon the last, guiding you through a steady progression of awareness, practice, and confidence.

Alongside live sessions, you’ll also be encouraged to work directly with animals, trees, plants, stones, and the land throughout the program.

Phases of Connection

Week 1

The Field Opens

You begin by learning how connection actually works for you.

You'll Learn:

How intuitive communication shows up in your awareness
Your natural way of receiving information
Simple practices to build trust in subtle perception

Week 2-3

Animal Communication

You begin direct practice with animals, both living and in spirit.

You’ll learn to:

Connect with domestic and wild animals
Recognize responses and receive feedback
Strengthen trust in what you receive
Begin refining clarity in communication

Week 4-5

Earth Beings

You deepen into the intelligence of the natural world. Trees, plants, stones, and land become your teachers.

You’ll practice:

Communication with the consciousness of the Earth
Receiving impressions from land and living systems
Deepening sensory awareness through nature-based contact
Recognizing subtle feedback from the environment

Week 6-7

Unseen Allies

With a grounded foundation established, we expand into subtler realms of perception.

You’ll begin exploring:

Land guardians and nature intelligences
Elemental and nature-based beings
Subtle energetic awareness and discernment
Expanding perception while maintaining grounding and clarity

This is an introduction to the wider living field,

approached with discernment, grounding, and respect.

Threshold is the recommended foundational experience for Gaian Reiki and deeper land healing.

If you are new to animal communication, nature connection, or intuitive development, Threshold provides the experiential

groundwork needed to fully engage with the depth of the Gaian Reiki training.

If you have prior experience in similar work, you may also enter Gaian Reiki directly.
