+ Animals in Form:
I begin each session by allowing the animal to speak freely and then give you the floor to ask the questions you want answers to! In each session, I will also conduct a body scan to locate areas of pain or discomfort.
+ Animals in Spirit:
I begin each session by allowing the animal to speak freely and then give you the floor to ask the questions you want answers to.

How To Prepare For Your Session

Once you select the day and time of your session, you will receive a confirmation email. I will give you a call at our appointed time or you will receive a Zoom link to connect. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Write down any questions for your animal or overarching goals you have for the session and have that information on hand.
​

Please be in a quiet space so you can be fully present.
​

Take notes if you want to remember something, I do not record sessions at this time.

Your animal does not need to be present. All sessions are done remotely, so even if you are not near them, that's okay!
